About Us

The Material of upvc ( Unplasticised poly vinyl chloride ) profile used by "Plaps" is made from special moulding material. The process of making the profile start in the form of powder mixed and balanced homogeneously with all necessary additives for high impact UV to form a compound that meets all the required properties. The campound is then fed in molten form into moulds designed accordingly to the different sizes and specifications or profiles .once this process is finished , then it will be cooled to form the final UPVC profiles to be used in the fabrication of the windows and doors.

Certified BSI(UK): European standard en 12608.
UPVC products tested at BSI, under simulated natural light spectrum including UV radiation, rain, day and night for 6000 hours with ∆E<2.0 anything less than ∆5 is Deemed ‘a good product’. For European conditions this testing is only for 4000 hours which is inadequate for Indian conditions. Upvc windows made from uv stabilized compounds are another innovation produced by "Plaps" . Manufactured in state-of-the-art plant, these windows are highly elegant yet affordable in cost in comparison with traditional windows .

These windows are available in all types ranges and can also be tailor made in our factory as per customer’s requirement.
